Filter the current job book by discipline, state and setting. Every figure below is
computed from the same 823 live contracts the rest of this network publishes — not
from a salary survey, and not from an estimate. It opens on PT (Physical Therapist); every other discipline, and the blended view across all five, are in the first dropdown.
How to read this. Figures are
advertised weekly gross for the
whole package, as posted. The four figures at the top describe
the cut you have
selected, not the whole snapshot — the 823-posting total above is the entire
book. A median is shown only where a cut has at least
5 postings — below that the sample is too small to describe a market, and
the cell says so instead of printing a number. That is the same threshold the state
pages and the
state index suppress on, and every figure here is
built from the same snapshot they are. Settings are never summed: a contract listed as
"Inpatient, Outpatient" counts toward both, so adding the setting rows would
double-count it. Picking “All disciplines” blends PT, PTA, OT, COTA and SLP into one
median; that is a real number with its denominator shown, but it partly reflects which
disciplines are in the book rather than what any one of them pays, which is why the
page does not open on it. This is a snapshot of one agency’s live book, not a national
survey.
Weekly gross is not take-home. How much of a package is taxable wage versus tax-free
stipend depends on whether you hold a qualifying tax home, and that split changes what you
actually keep. See the tax home guide and the
stipend calculator.
